We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and there was great air conditioning throughout the rooms. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was in a residential area but still close to Kuta square. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating - they even let us stay later without charging extra. we had a wonderful time here.

We stayed at a family apartment during Easter and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy and the staff were friendly. We loved that the location was close to the markets, the mall, and the water park. Plus, the pool was clean and refreshing during the hot Bali days.
The kitchen area could have been better equipped. We had to ask for knives and bowls, and the food was served on polystyrene plates. The cleaning of the property was inconsistent and we had to request towels and water almost every day. Plus, the wifi was turned off at night and the lighting outside was insufficient, making it difficult to navigate at night.

Located conveniently close to the airport, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to hit the shopping areas quickly. the beautiful garden is a plus for nature lovers. the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and an above-ground pool for a refreshing dip. Freshly cooked breakfast, helpful staff, and a personal driver across the road are some valuable perks.
Some minor issues included limited kitchen equipment, inadequate lighting outside, and occasional problems with hot water, electricity.

What a romantic escape! The spacious and comfortable room with its luxurious bedding was perfect. We appreciated the welcoming staff and the convenient location that allowed us to explore the city with ease. The beautiful pool area was definitely a highlight, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi signal was also weak in our room, which was frustrating when we needed to communicate with family and friends back home. Nonetheless, the small inconveniences didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.
